基于三种不同爆破方案侧穿建筑振动控制研究

【摘要】 以青岛市地铁2号线一期工程土建一标04工区风道侧穿建筑为工程背景,为降低浅埋爆破振动有害效应,保护侧方建筑物,对三种不同爆破方案进行对比研究,现场监测与分析结果表明:1)大直径中空孔直眼掏槽结合短进尺可以有效降低振速,垂直方向减振最明显(达到70.7%);2)浅埋爆破地表三轴方向振速中,工作面正上方侧面(距工作面7.5m)垂直振速大于水平振速的概率占70%~80%;3)在振速要求苛刻的情况下(≤0.5cm/s),随着爆破进尺的减少,炸药总消耗虽然减少,但炸药单耗增加。就本文实践而言,进尺由1m降至0.5m后,总炸药消耗减少了32.6%,炸药单耗却增加了33.3%。

【Abstract】 On the background of an air duct passing through the building from the side on Qingdao metro line 2,first phase project,bid 1,04 work area,in order to reduce the harmful effects by shallow-buried vibration and protect the side buildings,three different blasting schemes are compared. The field monitoring and analysis results show that: 1) The large diameter hollow hole cylinder cut combined with the short footage can reduce the vibration velocity effectively,and the vertical vibration velocity decreases obviously( decreased by 70. 7%); 2) In the vibration velocity of the direction of three axis in shallow-buried blasting surface,on the face side( from the working face 7. 5 m),the probability of vertical vibration velocity bigger than the horizontal velocity is accounting for 70% ~ 80%; 3) Under the condition of harsh velocity requirements( ≤0. 5cm / s),with the reduction of footage the total consumption of explosive reduces,but the explosive unit consumption increases. In terms of the practice in this paper,the total consumption reduces by 32. 6%,but the explosive unit consumption increases by 33. 3%,when the footage declines from 1m to 0. 5m.
