雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛尾气降解性能研究
Evaluation of exhaust degradation performance for photocatalytic fog seal containing nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide
【摘要】 将纳米TiO2掺加于雾封层中喷涂在道路表面,不仅可用于道路预防性养护,还可降解汽车尾气,具有重要的应用价值。选择氮掺杂二氧化钛与50 nm锐钛矿二氧化钛,应用方式采用水溶液型和雾封层型,基于室外尾气降解试验与车轮磨耗试验,研究两种纳米TiO2对NOX与CO的降解效能并进行降解耐久性分析。结果表明:相较普通纳米TiO2,雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛对NOX与CO降解效能分别提高44. 8%和38. 8%;车轮磨耗试验后,雾封层型对NOX与CO降解效能比水溶液型高4. 0%和3. 7%,说明雾封层型氮掺杂二氧化钛的降解效能优良且降解耐久性较好。
【Abstract】 Photocatalytic fog sealsare prepared by adding the nano titanium dioxide in fog seal emulsions. It can not only be used for road preventive maintenance,but also degrade automobile exhaust gas,so it has important application value. Two types of TiO2,N-TiO2 and 50 nm anatase TiO2 particles were selected and suspended in water and emulsified asphalt. Based on the outdoor exhaust gas degradation test and wheel wear test,the degradation performance of NOX and CO was tested and the degradation durability was analyzed. The results indicated that the degradation efficiency of photocatalytic fog seal containing N-doped TiO2 for NOX and CO were increased by 44. 8% and 38. 8% compared with anatase TiO2. After the wearing test,its degradation efficiency of NOX and CO were 4. 0% and 3. 7% higher than that of aqueous solution. It showed the durability of degradation efficiency for fog seal was significantly better than that of the aqueous solution.
