【Abstract】 Municipal engineering construction management,as an important link to ensure the construction quality of the project,requires all municipal engineering units to do a good job in construction management and improve the overall project quality. However,many municipal projects still have many problems in engineering quality,safety management and schedule management work,and it is difficult to obtain good municipal construction quality and construction benefits.
