抗浮锚杆和钢筋混凝土联合加固地下室地板
THE BASEMENT SLAB WAS CONSOLIDATED JOINTLY BY RESISTANCE TO BUOYANCE ANCHOR RODS AND REINFORCEMENT STEEL CONCRETE
【摘要】 广东顺德市某大厦地下室底板受地下水浮力作用 ,底板出现地下水渗入和开裂现象 ,为防止裂缝进一步发展 ,采用竖直抗浮锚杆加固处理 ,同时对已开裂地面进行混凝土加设钢筋网加固 ,经过处理后的地板强度满足要求 ,目前使用情况良好。
【Abstract】 The water seepage and cracking of a basement slab were found because of buoyance of groundwater in Shunde city,Guangdong province.In order to provide the cracking of floor,this paper introduced that the basement slab was consolidated by resistance to buoyance anchor rods and the cracked basement slab consolidated by reinforcement steel concrete.Now,the application of the basement slab is under normal condition. \[
