三角煤柱下伏巷道应力特征及支护技术研究
Research on Stress Characteristics and Support Technology of Underway Coal Pillar Under Roadway
【摘要】 针对某矿遗留三角煤柱对下伏煤层巷道应力扰动大,下伏煤层巷道围岩变形量大、加强支护区长度难以确定等难题,采用有限差分的数值模拟计算的方法,得出了上覆三角煤层对下伏巷道的影响范围,并分析了巷道加强支护区的应力场分布特征、下伏煤层巷道不同应力梯度的变化规律,及不同埋藏深度条件下遗留三角煤柱对下伏煤层巷道顶板垂直应力的影响规律,提出了合理的巷道加强支护区的支护范围与支护方式,在现场进行了工业性试验,研究结果可以为类似地质条件下的巷道支护方案的设计提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the residual triangular coal pillar of a mine has large stress disturbance to the underlying coal seam roadway, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the underlying coal seam roadway is large, and the length of the supporting support area is difficult to determine, the finite difference numerical simulation method is used to obtain the influence range of the overlying triangular coal seam on the underlying roadway, and the stress field distribution characteristics of the roadway strengthening support area, the variation law of different stress gradients in the underlying coal seam roadway and the effect of residual triangular coal pillars on vertical stress of roof of underlying coal seam under different burial depths are analyzed. The reasonable support range and support method of the roadway reinforcement support area are put forward, and the industrial test is carried out on the site. The research results can provide reference for the design of the roadway support scheme under similar geological conditions.
