【摘要】 新的发展形势下,建筑工程造价动态控制具有影响因素多、涉及范围大等特点。因此,基于建筑工程造价动态控制需求,本文以建筑工程造价管理为研究对象,介绍了建筑工程造价管理内涵,分析了建筑工程造价管理特点,阐述了建筑工程动态造价控制管理现状。并以BIM5D技术在建筑工程造价动态控制中的应用为入手点,对建筑工程动态造价控制实施及优化进行了进一步探究,以期为建筑工程造价动态控制实施效率提升提供有效的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the new development situation, the dynamic control of construction project cost is affected by many factors and involves in large scope. Therefore, based on the dynamic control demand of construction project cost, this paper takes the construction project cost management as the research object, introduces the connotation of construction project cost management, analyzes the characteristics of construction project cost management, and expounds the status quo of construction project dynamic cost control management. With the application of BIM5 D technology in the dynamic control of construction project cost as the starting point, the construction and optimization of construction cost control is further explored, in order to provide an effective reference for the efficiency improvement of construction project cost control.更多还原
