超低烟尘等速采样控制系统研究
Research on Constant Speed Sampling Control System of Ultra-low Dust
【摘要】 针对目前抽取式超低烟尘检测仪的等速采样系统,设计了基于PID的闭环等速控制系统;采用静压平衡法,以stm32为主控器,微差压传感器为检测器,步进电机及针阀为执行器,通过控制射流器的流量,从而实现了闭环PID自动等速采样系统;实验数据表明,该自动等速采样系统完全符合目前对超低烟尘设备测量的要求,等速效果良好,误差低于8%;并介绍了系统的组成及软硬件设计。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the constant speed sampling system of ultra-low dust detector, a closed-loop constant-speed control system based on PID is designed. The static pressure balance method is adopted; stm32 as main controller and micro differential pressure sensor as detector; the motor and needle valve are actuators. By controlling the flow of the ejector indirectly, the closed-loop PID automatic isokinetic sampling system is realized. The experimental data show that the automatic isokinetic sampling system fully meets the current requirements of ultra-low smoke equipment measurement, equal speed effect is good, the error is less than 8%; and the system’s composition and hardware and software design are introduced.
