CFRC中碳纤维长度分布对强度和电阻率的影响

【摘要】 研究了在不同的搅拌制度下CFRC(carbonfiberreinforcedcement)中碳纤维的长度分布及其对CFRC的电阻率与强度的影响 .研究发现 ,搅拌制度对CFRC中碳纤维的长度分布有重要的影响 ;在充分分散的前提下 ,CFRC中碳纤维的平均长度越大 ,CFRC的抗折强度越大 ,电阻率越小 .

【Abstract】 The length distribution of carbon fibers in CFRC(carbon fiber reinforced cement) with different mixing mode was studied. The influence of the length of carbon fiber on the resistivity and strength of CFRC was discussed, It is found out that mixing mode influences the length distribution of carbon fiber in CFRC greatly. And the longer the average length of carbon fiber, the higher the tensile strength and the smaller the resistivity of CFRC, when the carbon fibers are fully distributed.
