【摘要】 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。大学生是国家人力资源当中最为重要的部分,提高大学生的创新能力对于人才的培养具有重要意义。高等院校作为人才培养的主要场所,培养大学生的创新能力是各高校现阶段的重点目标。文中主要是对高等院校大学生创新能力的概述,对国内外高校大学生创新能力培养发展现状的分析,以及存在的问题的研究,指出高等院校大学生创新能力培养的对策及建议,从而进一步激发大学生的创新意识,为我国大学生创新能力的培养提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible driving force for a nation’s prosperity.As the most important part of national human resources,it is of great significance to improve the innovation ability of university students,improving their innovation ability is of great significance to the cultivation of talents.Colleges and universities,as the main place of talent cultivation,are the key targets of colleges and universities at the present stage.This article mainly on the innovative ability of college students in colleges and universities,the development of both at home and abroad to cultivate college students’ innovative ability training present situation analysis,as well as the problems existing in the research,points out countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate college students’ innovative ability in colleges and universities,and provides references for the training of college student’s innovation ability.更多还原
