多孔Silicalite-1沸石负载Ni对肉桂醛的选择性加氢
SILICALITE-1ZEOLITE SUPPORTED NI CATALYSTS FOR SELECTIVE HYDROGENATION OF CINNAMALDEHYDE
【摘要】 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,有机硅季铵盐为介孔模板材料成功制备了具有较大介孔孔容(0.36cm3/g)和高纳米孔表面积(253m3/g)的多孔Silicalite-1沸石(Silicalite-1-M),并负载金属Ni催化剂(Ni/Silicalite-1-M)研究了其对肉桂醛的选择性加氢性能。采用XRD、N2-吸附、H2-TPR、SEM和TEM等手段对载体及其催化剂进行了表征。考察了反应温度、Ni的负载量对肉桂醛选择性加氢性能的影响。实验结果表明,Ni/Sil-icalite-1-M催化剂对肉桂醛具有较高的选择性加氢活性和3-苯丙醛的选择性。当反应时间为60min,反应压力为1.5MPa,反应温度为100℃时,肉桂醛的转化率为99.3%,3-苯丙醛的收率高达88.0%。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous zeolite Silicalite-1(Silicalite-1-M)with large pore volumes(0.36 cm3/g)and high specific surface area(253 m3/g)has been successfully prepared employing the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt as a meso-template.The selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde was studied using Silicalite-1 zeolite supported Ni catalysts.The texture parameter,morphology and pore structure of the Silicalite-1-M were investigated by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM and TEM,H2-TPR characterization.The effects of reaction temperature and Ni loading on the catalytic performance of cinnamaldehyde hydrogenation were investigated.Experimental results show that,Ni/Silicalite-1-M catalyst has highly selective hydrogenation activity of cinnamaldehyde and highly selectivity of hydrocinnamic aldehyde.When the reaction time is 60 min,the reaction pressure is 1.5 MPa,the reaction temperature is 100℃,the conversion of cinnamaldehyde was 99.3%and selectivity of hydrocinnamic aldehyde was 88.0%.
