突发事件下应急救援路径选择模型的构建和求解
Model and solution of rescue path selection in emergency
【摘要】 针对应急车辆的救援路径优化问题,在分析突发事件时路段运行时间的均值、方差和阻断概率的基础上,综合考虑了路径行程时间可靠性、路径阻断风险,以及路径复杂性等因素。以地震灾害为背景,建立了应急救援路径选择的多目标规划模型,并给出了求解该模型的多目标遗传算法,为救援路径选择提供了可靠的方法。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the path optimization problem of emergency rescue vehicles,this paper analyzed the travel time’s mean,variance and blocking probability of the route under emergency,considering travel time reliability,path blocking risk and path complexity.In the background of the earthquake disaster,established a multi-objective path selection model for relief vehicles,and designed a genetic algorithm for solving this model.This paper provided a reliable method for rescue path selection.
