软岩巷道冒落区注浆技术
Grouting Technology for Collapsed Zone in Soft Rock Tunnel
【摘要】 注浆是将水泥或其它材料注入岩土体缝隙中的一种岩层加固方法。基于渗透注浆理论和分形理论, 讨论了软岩巷道冒落区注浆时的注浆压力、流量等因素,同时讨论了冒落区孔隙率的统计计算方法。工程实例表明注浆是一种通过冒落区的有效办法。
【Abstract】 Grouting is a rock-stratum strengthening method that fill up the voids and fractures with cement or other materials. Based on the osmotic grouting theory and fractal theory, the paper discusses the factors such as grouting pressure and grouting flowrate in the collapsed zone of soft rock tunnel and also the statistic and calculation method for the porosity rate of collapsed rock mass. The engineering cases show that grouting is an effective way to get across the collapsed zone.
