【Abstract】 With the popularization of smart phones and the comprehensive development of network informatization, the teaching of biology specialty in Colleges and universities has undergone a change. Rational use of modern information and network technology is an important means to improve the quality of mixed interactive teaching of Microbiology. It is conducive to the development of teaching content, means, mode innovation and method improvement of teachers in the field of life science. It is also conducive to the improvement of students’ professional knowledge and innovative ability and the interaction between teachers and students.
