DDAM与SRS对舰船甲板设备抗冲击考核对比研究
The contrast between SRS and DDAM at assessment of marine equipment shock-resistant ability
【摘要】 在舰船设备抗冲击考核中比较冲击响应谱(SRS)法与动态设计分析法(DDAM),找出应用SRS方法的注意事项,可用于指导舰船设备抗冲击规范的制订。通过分析结构动力学基底剪力有效振型质量的概念,指出模态质量与基底剪力有效振型质量有相同的定义和物理意义。基于水面舰艇导弹发射设备支架-箱体结构的抗冲击性能分析,分别应用SRS和DDAM方法,对其进行抗冲击考核。由于SRS方法没有考虑设备弹性基础引起的谱跌效应,过高地规定了设备的抗冲击指标,引起考核误差。SRS算法的误差与设备的模态质量大小有关。
【Abstract】 Finding the cautions in evaluation of marine equipment shock-resistant ability by shock response spectrum method may direct establishment of marine equipment shock resistant criterion efficaciously.Firstly analyzed the theories of DDAM and SRS,pointed out that the effective modal mass is equivalent to base shear effective modal mass.Secondly rack-box structure like surface ship missile launcher have been acted as an example,respectively apply DDAM and SRS to evaluation rack-box shock-resistant ability.The results show that the shock environment SRS method defined more serious then DDAM while they have identical shock input.The error of SRS depended on the modal mass.
