大型火电厂钢结构主厂房静力弹塑性分析
Static elastic-plastic analysis of steel frame-bent structures of large thermal power plant main buildings
【摘要】 主厂房框排架是火力发电厂的主要承重结构,受工艺布置要求的限制,其质量、刚度分布不均匀。为了解大型火电厂钢框排架主厂房的变形能力、薄弱部位、受力机理及其破坏机制,采用静力弹塑性分析方法对其抗震性能进行研究。研究结果表明:主厂房横向框排架和纵向框架-支撑结构存在较多的薄弱部位,设计时应予以加强;煤斗梁的刚度超强,对结构内力及薄弱层分布产生影响,钢框排架延性相对较好,具有较强的塑性变形能力和抗震能力。
【Abstract】 The frame-bent structure is the main load-supporting structure in thermal power plants.The distributions of the structural mass and stiffness are non-uniform due to the production layout requirements.The static elastic-plastic analysis method was used to study the deformation,weak parts,loading capacity and failure mechanisms of steel frame-bent structures of large thermal power plants main buildings.The results show that the steel frame-bent structure has good ductility,strong plastic deformation capacity and seismic performance.However,there are much weak parts in the horizontal frame-bent and longitudinal frame-supporting structures,which must be strengthened when designed.The coal hopper beams have great stiffness,which have influences on the distribution of internal force and weak story of the structure.
