用局部固化法处理人工挖孔桩成孔中超厚流砂层问题
Using the Local Fixed Process (LFP) to Resolve the Super-thick Quicksand Stratum in the Hole-making of Manual Excavate Pile
【摘要】 采用固化局部范围流砂层的方法解决超厚流砂层人工挖孔桩成孔问题 ,阐明加压灌浆处理人工挖孔桩成孔的设计机理 ,通过这一设计方法成功地实现了超厚流砂层人工挖孔桩作业施工。该方法操作简便 ,无噪音污染 ,无振动 ,快速 ,工程造价较其他处理方案低 ,特别适合在山区工业及民用建筑中使用。
【Abstract】 A new method, called “the Local Fixed Process(LFP)”,was successfully used in a real engineering example to resolve the hole-making of manual excavated pile in a complicated super-thick quicksand stratum.The concrete is filled into the manual excavated pile through super-thick quicksand stratum by an extra compression. Then the super-thick quicksand stratum is fixed in a small range.LFP have many advantages such as simple, no noise, no vibrating, fast and cheap in construction. It suits to apply in mountain area.
