全光纤双传感臂微振动传感器
Micro-vibration Vector Sensor with Two All-fiber Sensor Arms
【摘要】 这套系统基于一台全光纤迈克尔逊干涉仪.全文分析了传感器的结构和工作原理,设定了传感器的具体参数.为了拓宽传感器探测振动频率的范围,最后进行了实验和改进.试验结果表明,示波器显示的电路输出波形与振动源波形很一致,能够很好地反映70Hz~7kHz范围内的振动,系统的加速度相位灵敏度为2.457×10~4rad/g.
【Abstract】 This sensor system is based on an all-fiber Michelson interferometer.In this paper,the structure and operation principle of the sensor are analyzed and the particular parameters are designed. To extend the detectable vibration frequency range,the sensor is improved and tested.The test results show that the circuit output waveform displayed by an oscilloscope is well consistent with that of the vibration source and can show the vibration in the range of 70Hz to 7kHz clearly.The system has an acceleration phase sensitivity of 2.457×10~4rad/g.
