基于地理国情监测的农业自然资源综合评价方法研究

【摘要】 以地理国情普查数据为基础,充分利用地理国情基本统计成果,并与社会、经济等相关部门数据深度融合,从资源禀赋、资源空间分布、资源开发利用程度三个方面对农业地表自然资源进行测度,分别在地形地势、土壤分布、水文条件、农业气候资源、自然地块分布、土地资源分布、耕地压力、承载力8个方面选取16个因子作为地表自然资源综合评价指标,并确定每一指数的计算方法.通过指数栅格加权计算方法,综合评价出区域农业资源分布特征与利用程度,明确农业地表自然资源的优劣势及开发潜力.评估结果表明,河南省黄淮平原地表自然资源综合评价良优等级占区域总面积的83.19%,空间分布呈现南北差异明显、中部交错分布的空间分布格局.

【Abstract】 Based on geographical national conditions data,for making full use of the basic statistical results of geographical national conditions,and deeply integrating with the data of relevant departments such as society and economy,the agricultural surface natural resources are measured from three aspects:resource endowment,resource spatial distribution and resource utilization. Sixteen factors are selected as comprehensive evaluation indexes of surface natural resources in eight aspects,topography,soil distribution,hydrological conditions,agroclimatic resources,natural land distribution,land resources distribution,cultivated land pressure and carrying capacity,and the calculation method of each index is determined. The index grid weighting method is used to calculate the index. The distribution characteristics and utilization degree of regional agricultural resources were comprehensively evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages and development potential of agricultural surface natural resources were clarified. The evaluation results show that the excellent grade of comprehensive evaluation of surface natural resources in Huanghuai Plain of Henan Province accounts for 83.19% of the total area of the region. The spatial distribution pattern shows obvious difference between the north and the south,and staggered distribution in the middle.
