燃煤烟气脱硫技术综述

【摘要】 随着环境问题日益严峻,SO2的有效治理至关重要。烟气脱硫作为燃烧后脱硫技术,成为世界各国应用最广泛的脱硫技术。以烟气脱硫技术中的湿法烟气脱硫技术、半干法烟气脱硫技术、干法烟气脱硫技术为例,分别综述了湿法脱硫技术中的石灰石-石膏法、海水法、氨法;半干法脱硫技术中的循环流化床法以及干法脱硫技术中的电子束法的原理和优缺点。针对以上几种脱硫工艺进行了技术和经济性对比,并对我国未来烟气脱硫技术的发展提出了展望。

【Abstract】 As environmental problem increasing serious,effective governance of SO2 is critical. As a post-combustion desulfurization technology,flue gas desulfurization has become the most widely used desulfurization technology in the world. Based on the three methods of wet flue gas desulfurization technology,semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology and dry flue gas desulfurization technology in flue gas desulfurization technology,limestone-gypsum method,seawater and ammonia method in wet desulfurization technology are reviewed respectively. The principle,advantages and disadvantages of the circulating fluidized bed method in the semi-dry desulfurization technology and the electron beam method in the dry desulfurization technology,technical and economic comparison of the above several desulfurization processes are summarized,prospects for the future development of flue gas desulfurization technology in China are put forward.
