【摘要】 当前,我国经济社会进入了中高速发展阶段。随之而来的环境污染与生态破坏问题日趋严重,与此相关联的环境群体性事件此起彼伏,直接影响了我国社会的和谐稳定。研究立足我国环境群体性事件的执法现状,指出执法过程中的不足之处,并对其原因展开了深入分析,在绿色发展理念的引领下提出完善执法的对策建议,以期为相关执法部门提供有益参考。更多还原
