筛分机械试验台磁流变减振的关联维数分析
Effect of MR vibration test stand for screening machine based on correlation dimension
【摘要】 对筛分机械现状的分析,提出了应用关联维数判断其振动效果的可行性。探讨了振动测试实验台的搭建,以及关联维数计算参数的选取。通过分析磁流变减振器的应用以及励磁电流的增加,加速度信号关联维数的变化特点。验证了所设计减振器的有效性,对下一步工作的开展起到了重要作用。
【Abstract】 The application of correlation dimension can research the effect of vibration through analysis the condition of screening machine.The vibration measurement device and the correlation dimension parameters are put up according to the operating characteristics of the MRF damper.And analyzing the using of MRF damper and its excitation current increased which can research on the effectiveness of the MRF damper,by checking the change of the correlation dimension of acceleration signal.All of this can make a very important instruction of future work.
