水鬼蕉生物碱对人肝癌HepG-2细胞凋亡的影响
Effects of Alkaloids of Hymenocallis littoralis on Apoptosis of Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma HepG-2 Cells
【摘要】 为揭示水鬼蕉生物碱(AHL)对HepG-2细胞作用,采用FITC-Annexin V/PI双染色法检测AHL对HepG-2细胞凋亡的影响,并检测了AHL对HepG-2细胞内Ca2+浓度、活性氧(ROS)、pH的影响。结果表明:AHL可以通过细胞内ROS、Ca2+、pH三者间相互作用而诱导细胞凋亡。
【Abstract】 In order to reveal the effect of alkaloids of Amaryllidaceae plant Hymenocallis littoralis(AHL)on HepG-2 cells,FITC-Annexin V/PI double staining was used to detect the effect of AHL on apoptosis of HepG-2 cells and on Ca2+ concentration,reactive oxygen species(ROS)and pH in HepG-2 cells.The results show that:AHL could induce apoptosis through the interaction of ROS,Ca2+,and pH in cells.
