易燃垃圾热解气化能量平衡分析

【摘要】 分析易燃垃圾热解气化技术研发中能量平衡的作用。根据生活垃圾经过超高压干湿分类后得到的易燃垃圾热解气化发电的工艺研发试验所得相关数据,针对热解气化过程中的能量流向建立能量平衡模型,为研发提供直观参考数据,分析各个设备对热解气化过程的能量利用情况。

【Abstract】 The role of energy balance in research and development of pyrolysis gasification technology of flammable waste was analyzed. According to the relevant data obtained from the research and development of pyrolysis gasification and power generation process of flammable garbage after ultra-high pressure wet-dry classification of domestic waste,an energy balance model was established for the energy flow direction in pyrolysis gasification process,which provided direct reference data for research and development. Finally,energy utilization of each equipment in pyrolysis gasification process was analyzed.
