五常市傍河水源水雄激素干扰效应及健康风险评价

【摘要】 采用重组雄激素受体(AR)基因酵母法,结合健康风险评价技术,开展五常市傍河水源水雄激素干扰效应的检测及其风险评价。结果表明:所有水样均未检出雄激素诱导活性,均检出雄激素抑制活性,最大抑制率为29. 3%,初步表明五常市傍河水源水中存在雄激素抑制化合物。傍河取水(RBF)工艺对上述化合物有较好的去除,经RBF处理的地下水样雄激素抑制活性显著降低,且随着与河岸距离的增加,岸滤系统的去除率进一步增大。河流水样雄激素干扰效应表现出显著的季节变化特征,丰水期和融冰期雄激素抑制活性高于枯水期;傍河地下水受季节变化影响有限。健康风险评价结果表明,五常市傍河水源水雄激素干扰化合物对不同人群的潜在健康风险水平有限。

【Abstract】 The recombinant androgen receptor( AR) gene yeast assay combined with a health risk assessment method were used to evaluate the androgen disrupting activity and assess the potential health risk of riverside groundwater samples collected in Wuchang City,in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that the AR agonistic activities were not detected while the AR antagonistic activities were found in all water samples. The maximum antagonistic activity was 29. 3%,indicating that there were anti-androgenic compounds in the groundwater samples. The AR antagonistic activities of groundwater samples were significantly reduced after treatment by the river bank filtration( RBF),suggesting RBF was effective to remove these compounds,and the removal rate of RBF further increased with the increasing of the distance from the bank. For river water samples,the AR antagonistic activities showed a significant seasonal variation characteristic,and the AR antagonistic activities were higher in rainy seasons and ice melting period than in dry seasons; riverside groundwater was slightly influenced by seasonal variation. The results of health risk assessment showed that the androgen disrupting compound in the riverside groundwater of Wuchang City had limited potential health risk to different groups of people.
