油气管道基于应变的设计及抗大变形管线钢的开发与应用

【摘要】 简述了油气管道的失效模式及失效原因。着重介绍了地震和地质灾害引发的管道失效。重点对抗大变形管线钢的开发与应用进行了综合评述。提出:通过地震和地质灾害多发区的管道应采用基于应变的设计方法;在解决管道承受大位移、大应变问题的同时,选择合适的管线钢及钢管,也可使管道具有抗大应变的能力。抗大变形管线钢应具有的主要特性包括:应力应变曲线为Round house型、屈强比较低、形变强化指数高、均匀塑性变形延伸率高,组织为包含有硬相和软相的双相或多相组织,管道环焊缝接头应为高匹配。

【Abstract】 Failure mode and reasons were summarized;failure induced by earthquakes or geology disasters and typical case was emphatically pointed out;types of geology disasters in China were presented.Through discussions of strain-based design and analysis of pipe steels with high deformation resistance,it was put forward that strain-based design should be used for pipelines run in areas where geology disasters always occur,and sufficient deformation capability can be obtained through design measures or using of pipe steels with high deformation resistance.Its main characters are: no-yield point elongation,lower Y/T ratio,higher strain hardening exponent,dual or multi phases.Circumference welded joint should be over-matched.
