金属离子对Fenton法氧化降解PVA纤维的影响研究
Influence of metal ion on Fenton oxidation degradation of PVA fibers
【摘要】 研究了Fe2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Sn2+5种金属离子对Fenton法氧化降解聚乙烯醇(PVA)反应的产物相对分子质量、化学需氧量(COD)去除率、PVA去除率的影响。结果表明:第1,2次催化降解PVA的催化效果由强到弱依次为Fe2+,Cu2+,Mn2+,Zn2+,Sn2+;第3次催化降解PVA的催化效果由强到弱依次为Fe2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Sn2+; Fe2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Mn2+均能有效催化降解PVA溶液,COD去除率达到70%左右,其中Fe2+的COD去除率最高达89. 58%;随着降解次数的增加,Fe2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+均能有效催化降解PVA,第3次催化降解后PVA的去除率均达到99%以上,其中Fe2+的PVA去除率最高达99. 31%,但Sn2+催化降解PVA去除率只有42. 08%,不适合采用Sn2+催化降解PVA。
【Abstract】 The effect of five kinds of metal ions,i. e. Fe2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Mn2+ and Sn2+,on the relative molecular mass and the removal rates of chemical cxygen demand( COD) and PVA of the product of Fenton oxidation degradation of polyvinyl alcohol( PVA) was investigated. The results showed that the catalyst effect was in the order of Fe2+,Cu2+,Mn2+,Zn2+and Sn2+from high to low during the first and second catalytic degradation of PVA and in the order of Fe2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+and Sn2+from high to low during the third catalytic degradation of PVA; all of Fe2+,Cu2+,Zn2+and Mn2+could provide the efficient catalytic degradation of PVA solution and the removal rate of COD up to 70% or so and Fe2+could provide the maximum COD removal rate of 89. 58%; Fe2+,Zn2+,Mn2+and Cu2+could catalytically degrade PVA sufficiently while increasing degradation times,the removal rate of PVA could be above 99% after the third catalytic degradation,and Fe2+could provide the removal rate of PVA up to 99. 31%; and Sn2+offered the removal rate of PVA only 42. 08%,which indicated that Sn2+was not suitable for the catalytic degradation of PVA.
