BP神经网络在移民安置效果评价中的应用

【摘要】 水库移民安置涉及社会、经济、环境、自然资源等诸多领域,是一个多层次、多目标、多属性的复杂系统工程.因此,移民安置效果尤其是生活水平的评价一直是移民理论研究关注的重点.依据神经网络理论,利用模糊综合评价法生成训练样本,建立了基于BP神经网络的移民安置效果综合评价模型.仿真试验表明,该模型评价结果合理,模型操作简便,具有很好的应用价值.

【Abstract】 The resettlement of immigrants from reservoirs relates to a lot of fields such as society,economy,environment,natural resources and is a multi-level,multi-objective,multi-property and complex system engineering.Therefore,the effect of resettlement,especially the evaluation of the living standards has been the focus of theoretical research.Based on neural network theory,the comprehensive evaluation model of the resettlement effect was established using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to generate training samples.The simulation test showed that the evaluation results of the model were reasonable,the model was simple and had a good application value.
