【Abstract】 There are precious and unique probiotics resources in Tibet where the environment is extreme in China. The research of probiotics can promote the development of Tibetan agricultural products processing industry, obtain economic benefits and promote economic development. With the rapid development of Tibet, the probiotics industry in Tibet has a promising prospect.
