压水堆一回路抽真空排气造成压力温度超值的研究

【摘要】 压水堆核电厂一回路启动过程通过抽真空排气,可以缩短排气时间,减少主泵启动次数。但是一回路抽真空使一回路的绝对压力降到一个大气压以下,会造成压力温度超值运行事件。本文根据已有电厂的经验反馈,建议相关电厂对压力温度的限值进行修订,并指出注意事项。

【Abstract】 In the starting process of primary circuit of PWR nuclear power plant, exhaust time and main pump start times can be shortened by vacuuming. However, if the absolute pressure of the primary circuit is reduced to less than one atmosphere due to the vacuum pumping of the primary circuit, pressure and temperature overvalue operation events will be caused. Based on the feedbacks of existing power plants, this paper suggests that relevant power plants revise the limit value of pressure and temperature, and points out matters needing attention.
