无机-有机复合絮凝剂用于快速湖泊清淤研究

【摘要】 针对湖泊清淤难题,釆用PAA联合氯化钙、碳酸钙净化湖泊水质和强化污泥脱水,从上清液和污泥两个角度分析有机絮凝剂和无机絮凝剂联用对改善湖泊环境质量,对污泥沉降速度、脱水速度和脱水程度的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为CaCl2(1. 5 mL)-PAA(0. 7 mL)-CaCO3(0. 15 g)。最佳工艺条件下的清淤效果为SV30值(15±1) mL,浊度(28±2) NTU,比阻(0. 45±0. 15)×108s2/g,含水率(43. 5±2. 5)%。

【Abstract】 For the lake desilting problem,the combination of PAA,calcium chloride and calcium carbonate was adopted to purify the quality of lakes and strengthen the sludge dewatering. From the perspective of supernatant and sludge,the effect of using the combination of inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant to improve the quality of lakes,and the effect on sludge setting velocity,the speed and the degree of dehydration were analyzed. The optimum process conditions were determined to be CaCl2( 1. 5 mL)-PAA( 0. 7 mL)-CaCO3( 0. 15 g). The dredging effects under the optimal process conditions were as follows: SV30 value was( 15±1) mL,turbidity was( 28 ±2) NTU,specific resistance was( 0. 45±0. 15) ×108s2/g,and moisture content was( 43. 5±2. 5) %.
