水滑石基固体双氧水处理水体中金属络合染料研究
Research on hydrotalcite-based solid hydrogen peroxide for the treatment of metal complex dyes in water
【摘要】 采用改良的低温结晶法制备基于碳酸根插层的MgAl-LDH的固体双氧水(LDHPC),对其进行表征并作为氧化剂构建类Fenton体系降解中性蓝(BNL)。结果表明,所得LDHPC纯度较高,其中MgAl-LDH与双氧水通过氢键结合,H2O2质量分数为13.55%。以LDHPC为氧化剂的非均相类Fenton体系适用pH范围为2~10。该体系可同时实现BNL有机部分的降解和对产生的铜离子的吸附去除,120 min后,铜离子的剩余率为26.93%。
【Abstract】 The carbonate interlayered MgAl-LDH solid hydrogen peroxide(LDHPC) has been prepared by modified low temperature crystallization method,and characterized. As a kind of oxidant,it has been used for the construction of Fenton-like system in order to degrade neutral blue(BNL). The results show that the purity of the prepared LDHPC is high. Through the hydrogen bonding,MgAl-LDH is hydrogenated with hydrogen peroxide,and the mass fraction of H2O2 is 13.55%. The adequate pH range of the heterogeneous Fenton-like system using LDHPC as oxidant is 2-10.This system can simultaneously realize the degradation of the organic part of BNL and the adsorptive removal of the produced copper ions. The residual rate of copper ions is 26.93% in 120 min.
