高职院校“双师型”教师绩效考核指标体系的设计与应用——基于卓越绩效管理模式与模糊层次分析法的视角
The Design and Application of the Teacher Performance Appraisal Index System of "Double-qualified" Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges ——From the Perspective of Excellent Performance Management Mode and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
【摘要】 依据既有文献、卓越绩效管理模式、模糊层次分析法以及相关文件,提出了构建高职院校"双师型"教师绩效考核指标体系的思路与原则。从目标层、准则层和指标层三个维度构建了评价体系的目标、内容和具体指标。准则层包含教学与管理、科研与服务、职业成长三项内容。指标层包含班主任工作、课堂教学、专业建设、科研与成果、社会服务、教学与实践成效、培训机会等7项指标。通过模糊层次分析法,对指标体系的具体运用进行了演示。结果表明,这个"双师型"教师绩效考核指标体系符合设计原则,具有很强的可操作性。
【Abstract】 Based on the existing literature, excellent performance management mode, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and relevant documents, this paper puts forward the ideas and principles of constructing the "double-qualified" teacher performance appraisal index system in higher vocational colleges. The target, content and specific index of appraisal system are constructed from three dimensions of target level, criterion level and index level. The criterion level includes teaching and management, scientific research and service, and career growth. The index level includes 7 indicators, including the headteacher’ s work, classroom teaching, professional construction, scientific research and achievements, social services, teaching and practice effectiveness, and training opportunities. The application of the index system is demonstrated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Results show that the system conforms to the design principles and has the operability.
