防火涂料和钢板间之间的层间应力
Interlaminar stress between fire retardant coating and steel plate
【摘要】 为了预测钢构件上防火涂料在外荷载作用下的破损,使用层间应力理论对拉伸和弯曲作用下防火涂料和刚板件之间的层间正应力进行了分析,对有限元分析层间正应力结果进行了验证。通过有限元分析,得到了弯曲和弯剪作用下层间正应力分布的规律,结果表明:不论弯曲或弯剪,防火涂料与钢板件间端部层间正应力的最大值只与防火涂料端部钢板件上的弯矩有关。进而采用层间引力理论对弯剪作用下最大粘结正应力进行了计算,并提出了一个简化计算公式。
【Abstract】 In order to predict the damage of fire retardant coating on the steel members under external action,the interlaminar normal stress between fire retardant coating and steel plate is analyzed by employing the theory of interlaminar stress.The method of finite element analysis to compute the interlaminar normal stress is verified.The stress distribution of interlaminar is obtained by finite element analysis.The result shows that the interlaminar stress is determined by the moment applied on the steel plate on the boundary of fire protection.Accordingly,the maximum normal stress between fire protection and steel plate is figured out and a simple approach is proposed.
