【Abstract】 About the determination of stiffness inflection point in bilinear restoring force model, the article puts forward a simple two-step discriminate method. It can work out the Wilson program which can be controlled at precision. It also researches equivalent linear method of bilinear mode under the acting of simple harmonic load and earthquake load.
