【摘要】 本文探讨了自然资源部"互联网+政务服务"平台建设中的相关问题,主要涉及该平台与国家政务服务平台、省级政务服务平台以及国土空间基础信息平台之间的衔接关系及关联机制。自然资源部"互联网+政务服务"平台是全国一体化在线政务服务平台的"服务节点"和"子门户",主要通过国家政务服务平台与省级和其他部门政务服务平台互联互通、数据共享和业务协同。部门垂直系统需要整合,并与省级政务服务平台做好对接。自然资源部"互联网+政务服务"平台可充分利用国土空间基础信息平台进行数据查询与核验,并将政务服务数据沉淀于国土空间基础信息平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the connection and correlation mechanism between the Ministry of Natural Resources "Internet+Government Service" Platform(MNRIGSP) and related platforms,such as the National Integrated Online Government Service Platform(NIOGSP),provincial government service platforms and the National Land Spatial Basic Information Platform(NLSBIP).The MNRIGSP is the service node and sub portal of the NIOGSP,which interconnects through the NIOGSP with provincial and other departments’ government service platforms,including data sharing and business collaboration.Departmental vertical systems need to be integrated and well docked with provincial government service platforms.The MNRIGSP can make full use of the NLSBIP for data query and verification,and the government service data needs to be deposited in the NLSBIP.更多还原
