无机发泡充填材料试验研究

【摘要】 研制了一种无机发泡充填材料,研究了不同的固相比与水固比对该充填材料性能的影响。结果表明:在同一固相比下,随着水固比的增加,充填材料流动性越好,凝结时间越长,抗压强度逐渐降低,水固比由0. 40升至0. 65,其干密度呈下降趋势;在同一水固比下,随着固相比的增加,充填材料流动性越好,凝结时间越长,抗压强度逐渐降低;该充填材料发泡起始时间在10 min左右,整个发泡过程持续约5 min,充填材料抗压强度随期龄的增加而小幅度增强;随着充填材料水固比与固相比的提高,减少了铝胶与钙矾石的生成,降低了充填材料的强度。该成果对充填材料的研究具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

【Abstract】 The influence of inorganic foam filling material on solid phase ratio and water-solid ratio by a large number of experiments were studied. The results show that with the water-solid ratio increasing,the compressive strength gradually decreases,the liquidity and the setting time of filling material increase under the condition of same solid phase ratio. When water-solid ratio is from 0. 40 to 0. 65,the dry density gradually decreases with the same solid phase ratio. With the solid phase ratio increaseing,the liquidity and the setting time of filling material increase,but the compressive strength gradually decreases under the condition of same water-solid ratio. The filling material starts foaming around 10 min,and the whole foaming process lasts about 5 min. The compressive strength of filling material slowly increases with the increasing of age. Additionally,the compressive strength of filling material decreases,as the reduced formation of ettringite and gel,for the improvement of the water-solid ratio and the solid phase ratio. The achievement has certain reference value and guiding significance for the experimental study on filling material.
