叠层橡胶隔震支座的低温往复试验及等效阻尼比推算
Cyclic test of laminated rubber damping bearing at low temperature and calculation of equivalent viscous damping ratio
【摘要】 介绍了对-20、-35、-50℃低温环境中叠层橡胶隔震支座进行往复水平推剪试验的思路和主要结果,论述了采用Matlab/Simulink工具箱建立的用Bouc-Wen模型模拟橡胶隔震器滞变回复力的多目标优化拟合数学模型和求解方法.对-50℃的温度条件下与室温下阻尼值的相对变化关系进行了对比,指出在低温环境下叠层橡胶隔震支座的阻尼比略有降低.
【Abstract】 A thought of cyclic horizontal thrust-shearing test for laminated rubber damping bearing in ambient of low temperature such as-20 ℃,-35 ℃,and-50 ℃ and the main result of the test were introduced first.Then a multiple-objective optimized fitting mathematic model and its solution were discussed,where the model concerned was built up with Matlab/Simulink toolbox and simulated with Bouc-Wen model for the hysteretic recovery force.Comparison of relative changes of the dampings was conducted when the bearing was tested at temperature of-50 ℃,indicating that the damping ratio of the laminated rubber damping bearing decreased a little in the ambient of low temperature.
