【Abstract】 A hierarchy structure model is established in the assessment of harbour safety. when the model is analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the influencing coefficients(weighted coefficient)of factors influencing the harbour safety are obtained. then, apply the comprehensive judgement theory to give a comprehensive judgement of the harbour safety system, and make a scientific and reasonable assessment of the harbour safety.更多还原
