老港综合填埋场二期配套渗滤液工程设计研究

【摘要】 介绍了老港综合填埋场二期配套渗滤液工程的技术路线及设计方案。针对项目进水类型多样、水质变化大的特点,设置各类型渗滤液的调节池及均质池;针对项目用地小,平面布置难度大的特点,采用集约化节地型设计技术,将初沉池、调节池、均质池、脱水清液池、浓缩液池、储泥池等合建。本工程采用"均质+MBR+NF+RO"组合工艺,确保出水达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)中表2标准,NF浓缩液、RO浓缩液分别采用两级物料膜和DTRO工艺进行减量化处置,全厂污泥采用板框压滤脱水至60%后外运填埋。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the technical route and design scheme of the leachate project of Laogang Landfill Site II. Due to the various types of influent and great changes in water quality, various types of leachate regulating pools and homogeneous pools was set up; Due to the small area of land and difficult layout of the project, various pools was combined to one. The project choose the combined process of "homogeneous + MBR + NF + RO" to ensure that the effluent reaches the Table 2 standard of "Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill"(GB16889-2008). The two-stage material membrane and DTRO process are used for the reduction and disposal of NF concentrate and RO concentrate. The sludge can be controlled under 60 %.
