【摘要】 应用单质量块推挽式顺变柱体和迈克尔逊干涉仪双光路检测进行三维加速度传感器设计;采用DSP和Cygnal51双核设计技术,实现实时信号采集、光相位调制、加速度信号解调等;嵌入TCP/IP协议实现Internet高速网络接口,从而构成实用型实时加速度传感器系统。传感器灵敏度为1.94×103rad/g,交叉灵敏度接近于零。实际测量时系统可以实时、线性地跟踪到加速度信号,三个分量有较好的一致性。

【Abstract】 Three-dimension accelerometer, which is composed of a seismic mass, push-pull cylinders and Michelson interferometer with double light paths, has been designed. A double core including DSP microprocessor and Cygnal51 is used for real-time signal sampling, optical phase modulating, acceleration signal demodulating and so on. TCP/IP protocol is embedded for a high speed networking interface linked with internet. As a result, the real-time system of practical accelerometer has been realized. The sensitivity of sensor is 1.94×103 rad/g and the cross-axis sensitivity is approximately zero. The results of test indicate that the system can get a real-time and linear output signal, and three components keep consistency well.
