广州市数字强震台站建设及河源等地的地震记录特征
The Establishment of Guangzhou Digital Strong Motion Stations and Earthquake Record Features in Heyuan
【摘要】 广州市强震观测台网"十一五"期间在地震重点监视防御区内依据台站均匀分布、人口密集区域和断裂带重点观测以及重点监测的兼顾行政规划区的原则,建立了12个地表自由场数字强震动观测台站,形成覆盖广州市地震重点监视防御区、同时兼顾全省的强震观测台网。通过对河源4.8级、4.2级以及对深圳等地地震记录特征的分析,表明广州市强震台网实现了震中快速、准确进行地震强度(烈度)的速报,对政府地震应急反应决策、震害快速评估和震后重建提供了科学依据。"十二五"期间在此基础上再建20个数字强震观测台使地震监测台网布局进一步合理与优化,使得地震监测、地震信息通讯网络等领域的科学技术更趋现代化,为建立与健全广州市震减灾工作的监测预报、灾害预防和紧急救助三大工作体系创造条件。
【Abstract】 According to the principles of population density and faults region,12strong earthquake stations were set up in Guangzhou during"the eleventh five-year plan".The analysis of the seismic record of Heyuan M4.8and M4.2earthquakes shows that Guangzhou numeric strong motion network has the ability to report the earthquake epicenter and intensity quickly.Guangzhou numeric strong motion network can provide the scientific bases for government earthquake emergency response and decision making.20numeric strong earthquake stations will be set up during"the twelfth five-year plan".Then,the network will be more reasonable and optimized.Guangzhou earthquake monitoring technology and seismic information of network communication will become much more modern.Guangzhou numeric strong motion network will create conditions to establish and improve the three work system in monitoring and forecast,disaster prevention and emergency aid.
