深基坑爆破的安全监控与数值模拟

【摘要】 在建基坑工程中,场坪爆破施工控制的目标是确保基坑围护结构及其相邻环境的安全。根据基坑安全要求,结合爆破安全规范所确定的相邻环境安全控制目标,通过爆破方案的选定及其孔网参数的设计,分析拟定了基坑围护结构振动安全标准为7cm/s。通过数值计算与监测方案设计,实现了控制爆破振动、飞石等的危害。爆破施工监测结果表明,爆破方案设计所拟定爆破施工及其控制方法满足了规范的控制要求。

【Abstract】 In foundation pit blasting,ground leveling construction work was controlled to guarantee safety of the pit support structure and its adjacent circumstance.And therefore based on the pit constructing safety requirements,combined with the control target of its adjacent circumstance defined by blasting safety specifications,pit support structure was analyzed and defined 7 cm/s as its vibration safety standard with the method of blasting scheme comparison and parameter design of blasting drill.The design of monitoring program and numerical simulation was made to control the danger of explosive vibration and fly rocks.The results stated that blasting construction and its control method satisfied the control requirements of blasting safety specifications.
