【Abstract】 In order to provide references for the application of biological vinegar in flue-cured tobacco cultivation, apot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different raw material sources of biological vinegar on agronomic traits, soil pH,bulk density, organic carbon content, enzymes activity and microbial content of flue-cured tobacco. Results:The application of biological vinegar could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco, reduce the bulk density, increase soil enzyme activity, and increase soil microbial content of tobacco planting soil.Among them,peach-shell wood vinegar performed better than other biological vinegars in improving soil quality and promoting flue-cured tobacco growth. The soil bulk density was merely 1.23 g/cm3,significantly lower than all the other treatments;Organic carbon content was the highest,11.56 g/kg,1.17 times of the control;Soil dehydrogenase, phosphatase, sucrase, and urease activities were increased by 26.4%,31.7%,62.3%,and 53.9%,respectively in comparison with the control;the total amount of microorganisms was 2.06 times that of the control. The maximum leaf area was 33.9% higher than the control.
