脱硫塔的强度和稳定性有限元分析
FEM for strength and stability analysis of desulfurizer
【摘要】 利用有限元软件ANSYS的APDL对吸收塔进行参数化建模。考虑自重,风载荷,地震载荷,对吸收塔进行强度和稳定性分析。结果表明:吸收塔为大型薄壁构件,塔体结构发生失效的主要表现形式不是强度不足时发生的大面积塑性变形或断裂,而是垂直方向的轴向压应力导致的局部失稳。在满足稳定性要求的前提下,塔体的强度一般是满足要求的。因此,导致局部失稳的轴向力应作为重点校核对象。
【Abstract】 Parametric FEA model is established for desulfurizer by APDL.The structure is analyzed for strength and stability under combined load of weight,wind and seismic load.It is found that maximum stress occurs at the corner of the rectangular opening for smoke entrance,and large stress also occurs at the lower part of the tower for hydraulic pressure of lime liquid and bending due to wind and seismic loads.With the extension of stability evaluation principle of cylinder under combined load,a criterion is suggested with probability of wind and seismic load in consideration to evaluate the stability of the desulfurizer.In conclusion,the desulfurizer satisfies both strength and stability requirement with the design dimensions.
