【摘要】 经济的高速发展带来了建筑产业的快速发展。在市场经济条件下,建筑企业为了取得最大利润,探索采取各种创新的商业模式。旨在综述建筑企业各种商业模式及其创新理论,促进建筑企业根据这些理论确定其商业模式,实现战略转型和可持续发展。采用分类总结、概括评述的研究方法,首先简要介绍商业模式理论,并从技术创新、战略决策、企业营销三个角度概述了企业商业模式创新理论。然后论述了建筑企业商业模式创新理论,并从转变生产方式、产业价值链和市场需求导向三个方面总结分析了建筑企业商业模式创新实现路径。最后探讨了未来研究方向及发展趋势。为我国建筑企业商业模式创新理论研究提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the economy has brought the rapid development of the construction industry. Under the condition of market economy, to obtain the maximum profit, construction enterprises need to explore and adopt various innovative business models. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the business model innovation theory, and promote construction enterprises to determine their business models based on these theories and realizing the strategic transformation and sustainable development. The methods of classification, summarizing, and reviewing are used. Firstly, based on briefly introducing the business model theory, the business model innovation theory is summarized from three perspectives including technology innovation, strategic decision making and enterprise marketing. Then the business model innovation theory of construction enterprises is discussed, and the ways to realize the business model innovation of construction enterprises are summarized and analyzed from three aspects including production model transformation, industrial value chain and market demand orientation. Finally, future research directions of business model innovation of construction enterprises are proposed, which could provide references for the theoretical research of business model innovation of construction enterprises in China.更多还原
