养殖场搬迁后场地土壤污染评价及农用建议

【摘要】 为顺应北京规模化养殖场污染防治与整改要求,保障京郊养殖场搬迁后场地的再利用,该研究对京郊某奶牛养殖场搬迁后的土壤污染情况进行了调查与评价。通过采集养殖场内外不同区域土壤及牛粪样品,测定8种重金属和15种抗生素含量,并采用了单因子污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法评估其污染状况。结果显示养殖场内外除镉、锌个别点位超标外均未出现其他重金属超标现象;15种抗生素中仅有四环素和土霉素的浓度严重超过兽药国际协调委员会提出的土壤抗生素生态毒害效应的触发值(100μg/kg),其中土霉素最大超标倍数达到9.57倍。养殖场搬迁后场地仍应加强污染监控与修复,避免污染累积恶化影响农业安全生产。

【Abstract】 In order to comply with the pollution prevention and rectification requirements of large-scale farms in Beijing and to ensure the reuse of the site, this study investigated and evaluated the soil pollution after the relocation of the farm in Beijing suburbs. The contents of 8 heavy metals and 15 antibiotics were determined by collecting soil and cow dung samples from different areas inside and outside the farm. The pollution status was evaluated by single factor pollution index method and Nemero comprehensive pollution index method. There were no other heavy metals exceeding the standard except for the cadmium(Cd) and zinc(Zn) in the farm. The concentration of tetracycline and oxytetracycline exceeded 100μg/kg that proposed by the veterinary drug international coordination committee, and the maximum excess of oxytetracycline was 9.57 times. Therefore, the site should still strengthen pollution monitoring and repair after the farm is relocated, so as to avoid the accumulation of pollution and affect agricultural safety production.
