基于DPSIR-TOPSIS模型的河北省城市群生态环境承载力评价及障碍因素研究

【摘要】 针对当前方法在构建评价指标体系时,指标选取不够全面,导致评价结果与实际结果相差较大,无法找到影响城市群生态环境承载力水平主要障碍因素的缺点,提出一种基于DPSIRTOPSIS模型的河北省城市群生态环境承载力评价及障碍因素分析方法,结合DPSIR概念模型结构体系,根据河北省城市群生态环境承载力实际情况,对河北省城市群生态环境承载力进行逐层分析,构建更加全面的评价指标体系;并利用TOPSIS分析法对河北省城市群生态环境承载力进行评价,分析了主要障碍因素。实例分析结果表明,采用所提方法对某市生态环境承载力进行评价,得到的评价结果与实际结果极为贴近,可靠性较高,且找到了主要障碍因素是响应指标。

【Abstract】 In view of the current method in constructing the evaluation index system,index selection is not comprehensive,which leads to the bigger difference between evaluation results and the actual results,cannot find the main obstacle factors influencing urban agglomeration level of ecological environmental bearing capacity of the shortcomings,based on DPSIR-TOPSIS model,an evaluation and analysis method of ecological environment carrying capacity and obstacle factors for urban agglomerations of Hebei Province. Combining with the model structure system of DPSIR,according to the actual circumstance of carrying capacity of urban ecological environment in Hebei province,the bearing capacity of urban ecological environment in Hebei province is analyzed step by step, to build a more comprehensive evaluation index system; In addition,TOPSIS analysis is used to evaluate the ecological environment carrying capacity of urban agglomerations in Hebei province,and the main obstacles are analyzed. The result of case analysis shows that the method is used to evaluate the carrying capacity of an ecological environment in a city,the result is very close to the actual result,the reliability is high,and the main obstacle factor is found to be the response index.
