低失真度信号源在检波器测试仪中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了基于C8051F020单片机的低失真度信号源的设计方案与实现。以F020作为数据处理核心,将产生的波形数据通过DAC器件进行数/模转化,输出地震波检波器测试仪所需的正弦波信号、组合波信号、阻尼波信号等波形。经测试正弦波信号失真度达到0.01-0.03%,频率精度达到±0.001Hz,直流信号精度达到±0.001V,阻尼波信号频率精度达到±0.001Hz,满足了检波器测试仪的测试需要。

【Abstract】 This dissertation introduced the Design of low-distortion Digital Signal Source Based on C8051F020 single-chip Microcomputer.Use F020 as data processing unit,the wave data are transferred to analog signal wave through DAC device,such as sinusoidal wave,combination wave,damped wave,for the use of geophone testing system.The distortion of sinusoidal reaches to 0.01-0.03%,accuracy of frequency reaches to ±0.001Hz,DC signal accuracy reaches to ±0.001V,the frequency accuracy of damped wave reaches to ±0.001Hz.All have reached the needs of Geophone Testing System.
