汶川8.0级地震四川灾区间接经济损失评估初探

【摘要】 介绍了地震间接经济损失的组成和国内外地震间接经济损失的研究概况,提出了一种地震间接经济损失中的停减产短期影响损失的计算方法,该方法基于国内生产总值(GDP)、考虑了灾区各评估区震害程度。并运用该方法对5.12汶川大地震四川震区地震间接经济损失中的停减产短期影响损失进行了估算。

【Abstract】 We introduce the composition of seismic indirect economic loss and its present situation of study at home and abroad,and present a method,which has taken account of GDP and the extent of damage in different evaluated districts,to estimate the indirect loss caused by short-term production stop and decline.The method is applied to the assessment of the indirect loss caused by short-term production stop and decline in the Wenchuan earthquake.
