【Abstract】 After earthquake,it will greatly improve the efficiency of emergency rescue work and reduce the damage caused by earthquake disasters,if the emergency situation and disaster information communicated to the government at all levels,the relevant units immediately. Using the broadcasting system of video for emergency based on streaming media technology, the emergency response units and the researchers can receive the emergency video by ordinary computer.Then,they can know the emergency situation and disaster information at the first time.In this paper,the structure and application of the system is mainly introduced.更多还原
